Get a Free 14-Day Trial of ClickUp Unlimited
Before importing the template, you can activate a free 14-day trial of ClickUp's Unlimited plan and import the full system at no cost.
- Sign up at try.web.clickup.com/p4lh4stz4bwb using an email that has never been registered with ClickUp
- Enter your name, email and a password
- Enter the verification code sent to your email
- Choose "Personal" as your account type
- From the list of tools you use, select "Notion"
- Open the left menu and click "Apps"
- Select "All ClickUp Apps"
- Activate the new features, such as Duration
- When the popup appears, choose "Start Free Trial"
- Done — you now have 14 days on the Unlimited plan
Important: use an email address that has never been used with ClickUp, or the trial won't be offered.

Create or Log In to Your ClickUp Account
If you couldn't get the 14-day trial, you'll need a paid ClickUp plan (Business or Unlimited) to use every feature of the system.
A paid plan is required to import the template with all customizations intact — including automations, custom fields, specialized views and extra storage for your marketing assets.

Create a New Workspace in ClickUp
Create a dedicated workspace for your clinic's marketing, named after your clinic.
- Log in to your ClickUp account
- Click "Workspaces" in the sidebar
- Select "Create New Workspace"
- Name it (for example, "Smile Bright Dental Marketing")
- Adjust the workspace settings if needed
- Click "Create Workspace"

Import the Template to Your Workspace
Open the template link from your email. ClickUp will ask which workspace to import it into.
- Open the template link from your confirmation email
- Choose the workspace you created in Step 5
- Review the components to be imported
- Click "Import"
The import transfers all customized views, automations and templates to your workspace.

Wait for the Import to Finish (about 10 minutes)
ClickUp is configuring your custom fields and views, setting up automations and workflows, and importing the templates and assets. You'll get a notification when it's done.
Don't close ClickUp during the import, or it may be interrupted.
