Digital Product Refund Policy (The Smile Inc. ClickUp Templates)

Thank you for choosing The Smile Inc.. We are committed to delivering high-quality ClickUp templates. Because our templates are digital products, they cannot be returned once downloaded. However, we offer a limited 14-day refund policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Significant Technical Issues:
    If you encounter major technical issues that prevent you from using the template despite our support team's best efforts to resolve the issue.

    • Report the issue within 14 days of purchase to info@thesmileinc.com.

    • You will need to provide clear evidence of the issue, such as screenshots, screen recordings, or specific error messages.

    • Our support team will work with you for up to 30 days from the purchase date to ensure the template works for you.

  • Material Misrepresentation of Features:
    If the template is missing essential features explicitly advertised on our product page (and not due to ClickUp plan limitations).

    • This does not apply if features require a specific ClickUp subscription plan that you do not have.

  • Corrupted or Incomplete Files:
    If the template files you downloaded are corrupted or incomplete.

    • Report the issue within 14 days of purchase to info@thesmileinc.com.

    • Ensure you have attempted to re-download the files at least once.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind once the product has been accessed or used (e.g., downloaded or imported the template).

  • Incompatibility due to highly customized ClickUp configurations or integrations that prevent the template from working as intended.

  • Partial usage or customization of the template, as this indicates that the product has been successfully delivered and accepted.

  • Lack of technical knowledge or inability to implement the template (support and guides are provided).

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago.

  • Feature requests that are not explicitly stated in the product description.

Refund Process:

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at info@thesmileinc.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]."

  2. Include Details: Provide your order number, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of the issue, along with any relevant screenshots or documentation.

  3. Evaluation: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details. A final decision will be made within 5 business days.

  4. Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  5. Access Revocation: Upon approval of your refund, your access to the template files and any associated support or future updates will be revoked.

Partial Refunds:

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • Only specific aspects of the template are affected by issues that significantly reduce the value but do not render the template completely unusable.

  • Alternative solutions or workarounds can be provided.

Alternative Solutions:

Instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • Template updates or fixes to resolve issues.

  • Extended support to resolve implementation challenges.

  • Additional resources or training materials.

  • Credit toward future purchases.

We will assess each situation individually to determine the most appropriate solution.


General Return Policy (for Physical Products)

This section applies only to any physical products you may purchase from The Smile Inc. For digital products, please refer to the "Digital Product Refund Policy" above.

We have a 30-day return policy for any physical products. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. To start a return, please contact us at info@thesmileinc.com.

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. We cover the cost of return shipping for accepted returns.

  4. Please do not return items without first requesting a return as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of physical items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items).

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
To ensure you get the right product, we recommend you return your item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
In line with EU regulations, if you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags and packaging), and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
