This is our full-service visual solution, providing a massive library of graphics and edits, all powered by fresh, authentic footage captured at your clinic.

What's Included:

• Maximum Graphic Output:  80 custom-designed graphics  per month.
• High-Volume Video Editing:  8 short video edits  per month (e.g., Reels/Shorts) using footage from your shoot.
• Quarterly On-Location Shoot:  One (1) on-location shoot day  per quarter (approx. 6-8 hours) to capture authentic clinic footage, team photos, and patient content.
• Raw Footage: All raw footage from the shoot is available to you upon request.

What's Not Included:

• Travel & Logistics: Travel for the quarterly shoot is billed separately. This also excludes any studio rentals, paid models, or location permit fees.
• Advanced VFX, 3D modeling, or complex animation.
• Rush 24-hour turnarounds.

Client Requirements:

• Shoot Brief: A clear brief for the shoot day, including desired scenes, key staff, and patient participation (as per your clinic's policy).
• Brand Assets & Access: Your complete brand kit and all necessary permissions for shooting on-location.
• Scheduling: Confirmed shoot location, date, and time windows.

Key Terms & FAQ

• Shoot Duration: A standard shoot day is approximately 6-8 hours, captured by a lean, professional crew.
• Patient Releases: We provide standard model/patient release templates. Your clinic is responsible for securing all necessary signatures.
• Rescheduling: Shoots can be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days' notice.
• Minimum Term: A 90-day minimum commitment is required.
• Revisions: One revision round is included per creative batch (graphics or edits).
